Policies & Procedures

Program and Instruction Notes:

Children will be grouped according to age groups. Each class (except for bed babies) will have free play, a Bible story and an activity time.

Pick - Up:

If someone other than the parent or guardian is to pick up your child, please notify the MDO Director as well as the teacher. The person picking up the child will be required to show proper identifications.

Health:

Children who show signs of illness may not attend MDO (illness would include fever within 24 hours, suspicious bumps, redness or irritation of the skin, vomiting, diarrhea, listlessness, etc.). Parents will be called if their child becomes ill while attending MDO. If your child becomes ill with a contagious disease after attending MDO, please notify the MDO Director immediately. NO MEDS WILL BE GIVEN BY MDO STAFF.

Discipline Policy:

When a child is misbehaving, he/she will be removed from the group for a period of time. If repeated “time out” does not work, the parent may be asked to pick up their child early. We reserve the right to deny childcare for those children who are repeatedly unruly or uncooperative.

AGES

6 weeks through 4 years old

Times

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 2 PM.

Children should arrive no earlier that 8:30 AM

Registration & Costs

A one time $50 Registration fee is charged per family.

A $40 covers curriculum materials.

$60/month for Wednesday only

$120/month for Tuesday and Thursday

$180/month for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

Tuition is due by the 10th of the month. A $15 late fee will be assessed for apyments received after the 10th.

A 10% discount applies for members of FBCS and multiple child enrollment.

A $10 late fee will be charged for all children picked up after 2:10PM. Late fees are due the same day.


What to Bring for your Child

Blue Immunization Card

Bag or backpack to carry personal items

Change of clothes (including socks) in a ziplock bag with child's name on outside (label all clothes, also).

Snack and lunch packed in a lunchbox labeled with your child's name. Label cups, dishes, and utensils.

Light blanket labeled with your child's name and nap mat.

Diapers, if needed, labeled with your child's name.

Wipes labeledwith your child's name.
